I have been a workshop leader and facilitator working with senior leadership teams for the past 15 years.  I have created workshops for teams and individuals which are interactive and produce long lasting results.  Once we (the client and I) assess the specific desired outcome for the training or event, we create the curriculum that best suits the needs of the organization

There are many options for leadership and management training:

Group training:  8 sessions, 2 hours each time we meet.  Highly interactive and invigorating, participants are challenged in real time to practice what they learn and receive feedback.  Each participant receives a private one on one coaching session over the duration of the training.

Full and Half day workshops:  Full and Half day team building adventures that are custom designed with a blend of the FISH! Philosophy (Be There, Play, Make Their Day and Choose Your Attitude). Full day cost is $3,000  - Half day cost is $2,000.
